Default Address Book Question

We converted some Eudora 5.1 Addresses to Outlook Express with quite
some effort. There were a few GROUPs in the mix and these were also
converted/recoded.

Now, ONE of the GROUPs seems to have no members but when we open the
Properties for that GROUP, there are lots of names whose Properties
have both names and addresses. Also, the list of names has dark blue
card icons instead of white for other contacts.

What is the significance of the icon colors? Why do no members show
up in the Address Book but DO show up on the group Properties? What
happened to this group?

Thanks in advance,
-AS

Default Address Book Question

Don't know how you converted the contacts from Eudora, so really have no
idea, but in Outlook Express, contacts in Folders/Groups are usually "keyed"
to and only visible when using the identity that prepared them. If you have
mutliple identities, that may be the problem. Secondly, for help with icons
and the meanings, open Outlook Express Help and search for info on "message
list icons."

Should you need to convert contacts again from one program to use in
another, you might find the info at this link helpful:
