Default Can't switch identities

How many identities do you have, and what is the name of each.

Very important. If you are in ID A and switch to ID B OE disappears. What
happens if you are in ID B and try to switch to ID A? Does it work OK going
in some directions, but not others?

One of my identities is Master Account which time warner cable set up when
they installed the roadrunner and set up e-mail a few years ago. I have
my
own identity and my wife has her own. I went ahead and reinstalled the
sp3
and turned off my firewall and anti virus but unfortunately it's still
doing
it. When I uninstalled sp3 and it went back to sp2 I went into outlook to
see if it would do it and it was doing it with sp2 as well, couldn't
switch
identities. It's driving me crazy, any more ideas?

Any

See Bruce's reply. Does anyone use this "Master Account" identity? Is your
identity or your wife's identity named "Main Identity" or was one of them
originally named "Main Identity" and you renamed it?

Create two new identities. Can you switch between them? If so, import the
messages into the respective new identities and delete the old ones after
you are sure you have everything you need.

I created a new identity but I think I did something wrong or left something
out. When I go the new identity it stays on authorizing in the bottom right
hand corner and then a box shows up to enter username and password which is
already pulled up and I hit ok and it keeps coming up. I then have to hit
cancel and I get the following message.

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: 'pop-server.woh.rr.com', Server: 'pop-server.woh.rr.com',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR invalid user name or password.', Port:
