In a newsgroup? They are being sent there and you have access to them. They

People send mail TO and read the groups; that's all. So you have apparently signed up to a mail list somewhere if you're getting a lot of questions, or you're being spammed somehow. To stop that you'll have to go to wherever it was you signed up at. If that's your real email address in the Headers of your post, you're probably also getting spam from robots that scrape the groups for addresses. Change it to someting invalid, like lid.
