Default Same problem

I was able to solve the problem last night. I went to CNET and downloaded a
program called IPRTbox13. It is a password finder. I used the Internet
Explore section and was able to reset the "Content Advisor" back to off. I
had to use Firefox to get on the internet because my IE was locked out.
