Default runtime error! X

Hi, we just purchased a Dell Dimension E510 the end of December, and I've
had 5 times I've had to contact support. Not off to a good start. This is the
problem we are having now: I receive a 'run-time error' and Outlook Express
shuts down, right after it opens.
Error message when I try to open Outlook Express:
" runtime error! X Program:C:\ProgramFiles\OutlookExpress\ msimn.exe This
application lap requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way "
Thank you so kindly! chula
