Your headers (Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180) tell is that your
computer is /seriously/ unpatched, too! I'd worry about getting that sorted
before worrying about email, my dear.

First, read this:
How to Post a newsgroup question effectively:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q555375
Pay particular interest to "The Question" but read the whole thing. Read
it a couple time sif you need to.

If you kkhaven't already, get SP1a OR SP2 installed on your XP, and then
install SP3.
AT LEAST SP2 is required. SP3 is recommended. 1a or 2 must be
installed before 3 will install.

Then throw your updated AV and updated anti-spyware arsenal set for the
most thorough scans they can do, at your machine. You should have at
least 3 spyware detectors to use and a reputable, up to date anti-virus
program.

Then come back and, using the advice in the link above, repost your
situation.
For email in the interim, go get a free account at google, msn, yahoo or
one of the hundreds of places available and use that for communications
until your system is back and running properly.

HTH,

Twayne`
