Default Creation of Second IE Connection

I created a second connection in the DUN folder.
How do I link the Internet Options to it to load
the Home Page.? At present it comes up to
you are connected to internet.
I want to load the Home Page straight to browser(IE).
Any help would be appreciated.

Try the IE6 newsgroup: microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser
