Default Turn off Outlook

How do you turn off outlook w/out removing it? I have Microsoft small
office. I want to use my cable provider's email support.

When we loaded the small office program, all new email goes to Outlook,
instead of my cable provider support site.

Outlook and Outlook Express are entirely different programs.

too choose default email program ... control panelinternet options
programs ...select email program you want (from the list...unfortunately
your providers ..may not be there)
