Any way to print ONLY the names and
e-mail addresses from the windows address book? I can export only those two fields to a csv file, but can't then translate the "commas" to tabs with a simple Edit - Replace. Any ideas? Thanks, Bill |

Print Address Book:
Open the Address Book and go to: File | Export | Other Address Book. Click on: Text File (comma separated value). Click: Export | Browse | Select a folder | Name and Save. Click Next. At this point you can check what information you want saved. Finish per instructions. You can copy & paste the addresses into your word processing program. I use Word Perfect and create columns prior to pasting to save space. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail] Imperial Beach, CA "Bill" wrote in message ... Open in the CSV file in a spreadsheet program such as Excel (or a
database program). Those types of programs will recognize the commas and put the fields in separate columns. -- Mike - http://TechHelp.Santovec.us "Bill" wrote in message ...
