Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to
highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.

I can't send any email with OE to nobody. my account is with verizon.net,
and even my password go through with verizon but it's always block anytime I
try to send an email please tell me what to do

Verizon has recently joined the ranks of ISPs blocking outbound port 25.
Their recommendation is to change your client settings from port 25 to port
587. If you are using an email service other than Verizon's, you will need
to check with that service for an alternate message submission port.
