Something about your message triggered the spam filters at his mail
service or on his PC. If this is a friend or relative of yours, he can probably add you to a safe sender list to make it less likely. If it happens with a lot of your messages, look at the message subject and contents. If your signature contains advertising, that could do it. If you sent the same message to lots of people at the same mail service, that could do it as well.
