I am trying to change the text size of the folder list in Outlook
not the preview pane, the actual folder list in the Inbox Window. It's so
tiny.

Change the Column Font and Row Font settings to suit. If you're using Outlook 2007, then it's ViewCurrent View... If you want to change it for all mail folders, instead of choosing "Customize Current View", choose "Define Views", select "Messages" and click Modify. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

The font in the folder list is not changeable, other than by change the font
