Hello John,
Check you Startup Folder in Start - All Programs. If Outlook is there, remove it. Also, check msconfig.exe. Go to Start - Run - msconfig.exe. Click the startup tab. Uncheck Outlook if it is there. Hope this helps. Please mark this post if it was helpful or not. Thanks! Thanks for the reply...but I think you misunderstood my problem. I did check
the things you suggested (thank you) and Outlook was not there...however my problem is not with Outlook starting up on it's own when I "start up the computer"... The problem is that I leave the computer on over night and despite the fact that I have shutdown Outlook (including going into the Windows Task Manager and shutting down the process which SOMETIMES needs to be done) when I show up in the morning Outlook has magically opened up again and is running... Any ideas? Thanks, John "Mateusz Rajca" wrote in message ... Hello John, Check you Startup Folder in Start - All Programs. If Outlook is there, remove it. Also, check msconfig.exe.
