Default HTML emails sent wrong

My cousin has Outlook 2003 on his computer at college. He uses stationary,
you know picture backgrounds, fonts, colors, etc. He recently upgraded to
2007 Home & Student.

He says since then his stationary doesn't work. Instead of showing the image
as a background, it's coming as an attachment jpg. The font is just a normal
one. When he's composing email it looks like it should. He verified that
Compose in HTML is selected.

Any ideas?

If the recipient uses plain text (as many people do) they won't see the
stationery.

Thankfully.

Because Office 2007 Home and Student does not contain Outlook, he's still
using Outlook 2003 and unless Outlook and Word come from the same suite,
Stationery and Themes don't work.

Got it, thanks.

Would this probably be the problem for forwarding an email with pictures in
it and the pictures don't get sent? That same email with pictures in it
don't print out the pictures.

I'm going to uninstall Word if I can and go back to 2003. Excel is all this
person really wanted because of being able to sort by more fields.

I don't think this would affect forwarding or printing messages with images.
