I would like to sort(filter) mail with rules but those rules are
"regexp", can I do some thing like that with outlook? |

You can create rules programmatically.
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=324568 There is probably better content in the Exchange SDK or Office SDK, but probably not in Java(script). Maybe someone else has more indepth answers.
