We run Outlook 2003 and Word 2000 on Windows XP.
I'm wondering if it's possible to have a hyperlink in an email message that links to a particular section of a Word document. We have an office manual and when alterations get made, I email all staff and advise that Chapter XX of the manual has been amended and I've just been cutting and pasting that chapter of the manual to the notification email. I've worked out how to create a link to the manual, but not to link specifically to a particular chapter. I work for lazy people who will complain if they have to get to Chapter XX for themselves! Googling about this had made me suspect it can't be done, but I'm willing to be proved wrong!! Thanks in advance, Louise |
