hey i am facing a little problem
i have an exchange account on my company's server. i set up outlook to access it. i wanted to make the account secure so i made the personal folder restricted access by adding a a password for it (data files - settings - change password) and it is indeed restricted by a password. my problem is that i have 2 data files one connected to the exchange server directly meaning it displays the emails currently on the server. the other is the local personal folder. only the personal folder can be password protected, the other data file does not have that option. and when i open outlook even if i do not enter my exchange password it opens outlook and can view emails that are already synced. so is there anyway to password protect the exchange data file. |
