Hi everyone,
Hoping you can help I am using Outlook 2010 and recently added Gmail as an account (IMAP). On connecting, all of my personal folders that I have saved up over the years (POP3) have disappeared! I know that IMAP syncs folders, but these were for a different account. Any idea what happened? The new Gmail account uses the same email as the old POP one if that helps (i.e I change to Gmail from my old pop provider and got them to update the MX records for the domain) Thanks for any assistance. I just hope they haven't been lost! |
