I have been working on a set of rules to manage moving emails from an exchange server to subfolders to allow them to be viewed in priority order. The problem is that I need to check that they contain two specific words in the subject, but as you know, adding more than one word to a rule uses the OR keyword to seperate them.
My work-around was to create a rule that assigned each message with a specific word to a category, then another rule that would then check for the other word and if the message is in the required category. Here's the two rules - can anyone tell me how to go about changing these to not be client-side? Apply this rule after the message arrives with [Live in the subject Assign it to the Live Platform category Apply this rule after the message arrives with e-Alert in the subject and assigned to the Live Platform category move it to the e-Alerts folder I have four rules to assign emails to category, and eight rules to check and move emails to the relevant sub-folder. Any help in how to rework these so they don't rely on any client-side processing would be gratefully received. Regards Martin Last edited by MartinS : August 18th 11 at 09:54 AM. |
