[System: XPPro, Outlook 2K3] About once every 6 weeks I discover that, without warning, my e-mails not being sent but instead are being stacked up in my Outbox. The logjam usually lasts several days before clearing itself. During this period I see frequent alerts at the bottom of my screen ['sending massage 1 of 12,' for example, but most of the time that means the system is only TRYING to send, not succeeding. My ISP, RCN, says this is all Microsoft's fault; they say I'm missing a Service Pack or offer some other excuse. Has anyone heard of this problem? Frankly I'm leery of reflexively blaming M'soft.
