Hi All,
Using Outlook 2003 in a non Exchange, externally hosted POP3 environment. I set up a rule to automatically forward messages containing a key phrase in the body of the message to a small distribution group. It works flawlessly, however if the recipients respond to that message, that message is not "redistributed" for lack of a better term. In theory the rule phrase is still in the body of the message and I thought it would be reprocessed. I have been told that this is a design feature of Outlook to prevent spam/e-mail loops. Can anyone confirm? Thanks in advance for your help. |
