1st time posting so please dont shoot me if its a stupid question.
We have a team mailbox to take on support calls. On certian messages we reply and get replys back. I know we can group these messages by conversation. Question is management want to know how many emails we get but exclude the correspondance messages - so my question is if there is any way we can extract a count on conversations as opposed to individual items in a mailbox. To let you know in a month we get about 500+ messages - we file all of them by month in sub-folders. hope someone can help. thanks |
