Default Outlook 2003 Options

Under Tools/Options/Other/Reading Pane all the items in that screen are
grayed out. How do I fix this problem?

Is this a home PC or a corporate asset? If the latter, perhaps there's a
policy that disables the reading pane options.

Default Outlook 2003 Options

Thanks. The Outlook Template disappeared in group policy. After replacing
that I saw it.
