I frequently send e-mails to a large number of recipients / customers of my
home-based business. Messages are in my SENT folder but are not being received. |

Might be your ISP blocking this as spam.

Unless you get a bounce message back, it's impossible to know why. It could
be your server, the recipients server or a spam filter. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "pixfixer" wrote in message ... If they're in your Sent Items folder, then Outlook has sent them. Your mail server has accepted them. It's not an Outlook problem. You can even verify that with diagnostic logging. The log would show that the mail is actually reaching your mail server. -- Brian Tillman |

My ISP, for example, blocks any group of more than 99 messages from going
out. And they don't allow exceptions, even though everyone to whom I'm sending has subscribed to the little newsletter I want to send. The fix is either to set up an Exchange server or to see what your ISP has in the way of special (read more $$) programs for mass mailers. You can do it, it just isn't available to the average user. Communigate Pro, by Stalker Software, is one such program that will do what you want. Your ISP would have to be a subscriber for you to use it. It's basically Listserv software but can be used otherwise.
