the local cache might be messed up - try uninstalling the outlook entries in
add/remove and reinstall or repair the office suite from the cd. I don't think you'll need to uninstall the suite, just any outlook's that are listed in add/remove, but you can uninstall the suite too, if you want to be sure it's going to work. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Ramsey" wrote in message ... first from a suite CD, i then had a crash on my PC which I then downloaded from the web site, with the same errors and then from a Outlook live CD and still the errors are constant "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: did you install office or outlook from more than one source? like from a suite cd and outlook live or SBS server? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Ramsey" wrote in message ...
