Hi,
I am having a problem in adding a mailbox to my account. I am using outlook 2003. I have followed steps mentioned in outlook documentation: Tools Email Accounts View or Change existing email accounts Change More Settimgs Advanced Tab..... Here in Advances tab, the "Add" button is not appearing. Please help in resolving this problem. Thanks, amar |

I am not sure about the installation, but I feel its a corporate only.
I have tried in both the ways from Contro Panel and Tools Accounts. We are selecting IMAP in "Server Type", whilw configuring email account. Is that a problem? |

To add another IMAP mailbox, you must add a new email account.
