Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

If I open an e-mail and I want to send it to a list of people, how do I do it please?

I am operating MS Outlook from Office 2003. Many thanks and please excuse my
ignorance.

You hit the forward button in the open mail and then select your contacts to
whom you wish to forward the mail. Use the TO: button to open your address
book where you can select the names.

Either type the name of the distribution list in the To box, or click the To button and select the distribution list from the address book.
