Default How do i save outlook settings? I "Hot-Desk" at work.

I work in a company where "hot-desking" is the norm.
I have to set up my Outlook to my pref's every time I change desks.
Now, I'm sure there's a way to save my settings as a profile file but I've
no idea how to go about it.
Any help?
All thanks in advance.
