Default Integration of Outlook with Norton AntiSpam

Hi

I have recently upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook. There is a setting
in Norton Anti Spam which allows integration of the Anti Spam Toolbar with
Outlook, but this only seems to have effect sporadically. Much of the time,
when I open Outlook, the Anti Spam toolbar does not appear and I have to go
into Norton Anti Spam, uncheck the "Integrate with Outlook" box and then
recheck it.

Am I missing something?

regards

John

I don't know, ask Symantec.

Are you using brightmail? (the plugin?)..
I've spoken to Symantec about this, and it appears that outlook (2003) seems
to disable it on occassion.
Help / about / disabled items and then enable it.
