Default Can't remove PST files

In Outlook 2003, in the "All Folders" view, I have two root nodes that show
"Personal Folders". They both refer to the same PST file. That file isn't in
the list of open files shown when I click on "File|Data File Management".
I've tried scanning the registry for references to the file. I've looked in
the various files present in my user Outlook directories. All to no avail.
How do I get rid of these two references to the one file?

Thanks,
Noah
