Outlook 2003 receive mail error 0x80042108
Running Office 2003 under Windows XP SP2 with Norton Internet Security 2005.
Norton Firewall is applying "automatic" rules to the Outlook 2003 application. The problem began in the past several days. I did Microsoft Office updates on 4/14. I see this update, which has been mentioned in connection with 0x80042108: Update for Outlook 2003 (KB913807) As a work around, I have changed Norton Firewall Outlook rules to "permit all". Is there a problem with one of the Windows or office updates? JohnF
