Default Viewing Another's Calendar by Default at Start Up

Win XP/Outlook 2003.

The boss's secretary would like the boss's shared Outlook Calendar to
be the default Outlook view when she logs in and opens Outlook.

Can this be done?

Thanks.

Does she have his mailbox added to her mail profile, and visible in her own
Outlook folder list? She'll need to - he will need to grant her at least
'reviewer' rights to the root of the his mailbox in Outlook, as well as the
permissions to the calendar.

Then in her Outlook, go to the properties of the Exchange server service,
advanced tab, and add the other mailbox therein ("open these mailboxes") -
it will now show up in her folder list and she should be able to see his
calendar (and not any folders he didn't grant her access to, IIRC)

After that, in her mailbox, she should go to tools options, other, click the
advanced options button....and in "start up in this folder" browse to his
calendar.

I believe this will work.
