If I go ahead and install Outlook can anyone advise me how hungry it is

Well, there are a lot of variables involved so I can't really give you a
precise answer. Outlook is no shrinking violet that's for sure - but it should run fine on the machine you specifiy. I've run it on much less many times. Aloha, -Ben- Ben M.
