Slow diplaying
This problem only happens in OUTLOOK. It does not happen in Outlook Express (my news reader). Nor does it happen in any other program. When I type something, it takes up to 15 seconds for whatever I typed to appear. That's very aggravating. It doesn't happen ALL the time, but when it starts happening, it happens consistently. The problem sometimes goes away for a while, but then it eventually returns.
