Hi all,
I'm using Outlook 2003 and would like to know if I can do something similar to what can be done in ACT!: I'd like to set up and appointment with a few customers throughout the day. In the calendar view I'd like to be able to see something other than the subject line, but maybe something like the customer's name or city. Then finally, I'd like to be able to print a day's worth of appointments, but be able to print the appointment time, customer's name, address, and phone number. I've tried playing around with Outlook but can't seem to get this going. Does anyone know of a way to do this with Outlook, or perhaps some other Microsoft product. Thanks. Jason |
