I have a friend who says that (sent / received) messages are being
sorted into various folders, apparently by their subjects, but I've checked and she has no Rules set up. Is there anything in any version of Outlook can than do this? I can't think of anywhere apart from Rules for her to check. Any ideas would be really appreciated, Thanks |

Certainly received messages can't be sorted without rules, but that's not true of sent messages. Have her click ToolsOptionsE-mail OptionsAdvanced E-mail Options and examine the "In folders other than Inbox, save replies with original message" option. -- Brian Tillman |
