Information provided by your internet service provider- usually on the
provider's home page. SMTP format is usually "smtp.provider" and POP
"pop3.provider"

Neither address is in your computer. Both addresses are provided by your
ISP. The go to Tools E-mail Accounts and follow directions... At least in
MS Office Outlook 2003.

You need to ask your ISP what values to use. Their Help pages should
describe how to set up an account.
