Default How do I downlowd webmail to Outlook?

I use Gmail, I want to use it on outlook. I can send E-mails through Outlook,
but not recieve or download. What am I doing wrong?

Did you follow the setup instructions on Gmail's help web pages? Did you
configure your Gmail options to enable POP3 access?
