I have this same problem! Dragging attachements from Outlook worked
fine for a couple of years, then stopped shortly after I installed Office2003 SP2. I still get the [+] on the pointer when I drag the attachment files to a desktop location, as if it is planning to copy them -- but they do not appear at the destination. This is happening from the preview pane and from a message opened in its own window. Multiple attachments or single. Please let me know if you find a solution. thanks dh |

Brian,
Are you trying to d-n-d one attachment or select multiple attachments and d-n-d them all at once? Both. Neither single nor multiple attachments can be d-n-d'ed. Yours, Annabel |
