Send an email copy to folder
I store my work emails in folders assigning a folder for each customer
I work with. When I send an email to a customer I wish to save a copy in the customer's folder for future reference. Is it possible to tell Outlook (2002) in the BCC field to post a copy to a specific folder? If not, is there any other way this can be achieved?
