Uninstall and reinstall.
Hello Folks,
I hope this isn't a question that has been asked too many times, but I hope someone can help. I use outlook 2003 and an IPAQ with active sync the OS is XP Pro. For various reasons I've had software problems on both machines and the IPAQ and outlook are now impossibly out of sync. The data on the IPAQ is the data I want to retain. Is there a way to uninstall Outlook delete all the data then reinstall. This should then allow me to resync with the IPAQ and all will be well again. Regards Mike Abbott.
