Default Old appointments

One of my customers recently asked to be able to view old appointments on
the calendar in Outlook. It seems that only things for the last 30-60 days
are retained. Is there a way to adjust this? The customer is a law office
and being able to retrieve this information is very important.

Did the items get auto-archived? Have you/they tried opening their archive
PST file using the File menu Open Outlook Data File command?

Nope, doesn't seem to be in the backup archive either.
