Default emailing with two accounts

I'm running office 2000 outlook and I have two email accounts (one home, one
work). Trouble is that the home account is the default one and when I get a
work email I can't reply because it obviously tries to reply from the
default home account. In Outlook Express you could choose which account to
send the email from. Can't you do this in Outlook 2000?

Check your mode of Outlook under Help-About, second line should tell you.
Sounds like you are using it in Corporate or Work group mode,

Using IMO, you can select the sending account on the fly using File-Send
Using. You must have your accounts configured correctly. If you are using
an Exchange server, you MUST use Corporate or Workgroup mode.
