Keep a copy in your sent items folder.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Suchi asked:

| or bcc my self?

The simpliest way would be that what Milly has suggested. If you want to
send every mail to yourself via bcc you might use
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm
