How do I get emails to download to Outlook?
I initially set up my Cox email account using outlook express. Now I decided
to use Outlook instead. So I set that up. My problem is I see my emails on the server when I access my account remotely, but I cannot get them to download to my computer. The setup Wizard said it was able to send and recieve, and then sends an email confirmation. I called Cox, but they said they don't support Outlook for home use, so they couldn't offer any help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you delete the account in Outlook Express?

Yes, I believe it is deleted.
