I initially set up my Cox email account using outlook express. Now I decided
to use Outlook instead. So I set that up. My problem is I see my emails on the server when I access my account remotely, but I cannot get them to download to my computer. The setup Wizard said it was able to send and recieve, and then sends an email confirmation. I called Cox, but they said they don't support Outlook for home use, so they couldn't offer any help. Does anyone have any suggestions? |

If Outlook Express works, import the account into Outlook with FileImport and ExportImport Internet Mail Account Settings and see if that helps Outlook. -- Brian Tillman |

I did verify that my Express is not working now? Should I try to set that up
again and then do the import/export file with Outltook? "Brian Tillman" wrote: Gwen wrote: I initially set up my Cox email account using outlook express. Now I decided to use Outlook instead.
