when trying to send emails outlook says server not recognized
when trying to send emails through Outlook there is an error message that
says server not recognized.

Has sending ever worked with that account/machine? Have you verified the
SMTP (outgoing mail) server name? "Ron O" Ron wrote in message ... when trying to send emails through Outlook there is an error message that says server not recognized.
