Default downloading emails

I have been having trouble with outlook ever since Wanadoo discontinued
their newsgroup service; I accessed it through outlook express and the
"news" folder of outlook.
Yesterday Outlook crashed and I have had to re-install it from scratch.
Now however I cannot get it to send or receive emails. When I worked my way
through the wizard setting it up it did send out the test email and that can
be opened in outlook express so it appears to be connected properly
Every time I try I am getting this menu and no matter how often I click OK I
do not get past it:-

"Enter Net Password
"Server - pop.wanadoo.co.uk
"User name - mine
"Password - my usual

"OK"

Can anyone tell me how to proceed?
Thank you.

Thanks Brian; I went there but don't think it can give me the answer. it
seems to suggest a change of my password but that works perfectly with
internet explorer, outlook express and so on. I may try the Wanadoo help
line to-morrow.

Brian, I have finally got it resolved. My user name for broadband as given
by Wanadoo includes the letters "@fs" at the end and I had been using this
also in outlook. It now appears that the final letter "@fs" is now required
to access emails, only for broadband purposes.
Thanks again.

You're welcome. I'd glad you resolved it.
