Default How to set up Outlook 2000 to open new browser to view a hyperlink

I'd like Outlook 2000 to open a completely new browser window when I click on
a link within an email. Currently it is changing one of my exsisting windows
and I can't find where to change the settings.

Thanks in advance.

If Internet Explorer is your browser, try this: open it and click
ToolsInternet OptionsAdvanced. Uncheck the box labeled "Resuse windows
for launching shortcuts".

Control Panel-internet options-advanced tab. Browse in new window -
ensure that is checked.

That's a function of the web browser, not Outlook. What web browser/version
are you using?

If you are using Internet Explorer as the default browser you'll find
the according option under

Control Panel | Internet Options | Tab "Advanced"
