Using Outlook 2003, is there any way to setup the Blocked Senders function
so that ALL incoming email from any .INFO domain is marked as Junk and sent to the Junk Mail folder? Thanks, David |

You can create a rule that looks for ".info" in the headers and moves any matching messages to the Junk E-mail folder. -- Brian Tillman |

Yes, but rules don't work on HTTP based mail systems like Hotmail.

You never mentioned the mail account type - you get what you explain.
No, rules do not work on HTTP accounts so let Hotmail handle the junk mail filtering. Use the web interface to mark them as junk. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. Sorry, I should have been more specific.
So the answer is no, there is no way to add an enite domain class (ie .INFO) to the OL2003 Blocked Senders List? "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote in message ... No, not within outlook. Can the hotmail interface filter them? That would be
the best option - you'll get rid of them before outlook every gets them. On 4/28/06 2:44 PM, in article , "David Lipetz" wrote: Sorry, I should have been more specific.
