Do you have the option set to read all standard mail in plain text? It's
under Tools Options Email Options. -Peter "Happy Jack" Happy wrote in message ... why am I getting text only on my in-coming emails? |

Hi Peter,
I've looked in Tools options email options and cannot find a setting for text or html, even looked in advanced options. It's a registry setting for that version and not available in the normal Outlook UI. You need a tool like Attachment Options (http://www.slovaktech.com/attachmentoptions.htm) to expose it in a user interface. Thanks Ben, but it is not about attachments. I had this same outlook
installed before and it worked fine. My old HD crashed and I got a new one and reloaded all my SW. Now in outlook my incoming emails are text only with no graphics, both in the preview pane and when I open them. I just want it back like it was. Thanks again Jack "Brian Tillman" wrote: Peter Durkee wrote: Do you have the option set to read all standard mail in plain text? It's under Tools Options Email Options. Not for Outlook 2002.
