Do you have the option set to read all standard mail in plain text? It's
under Tools Options Email Options.

Hi Peter,
I've looked in Tools options email options and cannot find a setting for
text or html, even looked in advanced options.

Not for Outlook 2002. It's a registry setting for that version and not
available in the normal Outlook UI. You need a tool like Attachment Options
(http://www.slovaktech.com/attachmentoptions.htm) to expose it in a user
interface. Otherwise, see this:

Thanks Ben, but it is not about attachments. I had this same outlook
installed before and it worked fine. My old HD crashed and I got a new one
and reloaded all my SW. Now in outlook my incoming emails are text only with
no graphics, both in the preview pane and when I open them. I just want it
back like it was.
Thanks again Jack

Thank you all, just got off the phone w/ MS support and problem solved.
Created new outlook profile, transfered data and dumped original profile. It
was corrupted somehow.

Thanks again,
Happy Jack
